This jar of relief is good for four uses and includes a reusable bath tea bag to make cleanup easy. To use, simply take a portion of the soothing bath tea & place it in the reusable bag. Then, add the bag to the bath while filling the tub & leave it in for the duration of the bath. 
 
Ingredients.
Colloidal Oatmeal, Rice Flower, Rolled Oats, Baking Soda & Calendula.
